The Season of Giving

Looking for a way to give back this holiday season? Something as simple as a gently used blanket, jacket or pair of gloves can go a long way for someone who needs it. Various departments at QCC are working hard to make sure that local families have what they need to stay warm and happy this year.

Stuff-A-Cruiser & Feed-A-Family

Collecting toys and gift card donations for Feed-A-Family and Stuff-A-Cruiser

  • Downtown Campus Lobby on Tuesday, December 4 from 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
  • Main Campus (Flag Poles) Wednesday, December 5 from 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. a
  • Southbridge Campus (Front Lobby) Thursday, December 6 from 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. 

For more information on Feed-A-Family, please contact Tina Wells at twells@qcc.mass.edu. You may also drop off a check in Box #144. Checks should be made payable to QCC Feed-A-Family. Lastly, you can find the donation form online here.

Care Packages for Veterans through December 10

Sponsored by: Veteran Affairs

Sending care packages, cards and holiday cheer to veterans in Afghanistan as well as local Veteran hospitals.

Collecting items for care packages, complete care packages and cards.

Drop off location: Veteran Affairs Office, Room 258A

Winter Clothing Drive, now through December 7

Sponsored by: Early Childhood Education Club & the Athletic Center

Collecting new or gently used winter coats and accessories for students and their children.

Donation boxes will be located at:

  • Child Study Center
  • Harrington Learning Center, 2nd floor
  • Room 348 of the Administration Building
  • President Pedraja's Office

Blanket Drive, now through December 14

Drop off new or gently used blankets for families and individuals in the Worcester community. Blankets are being accepted in Laura Tino's office, located in Room B58A in the Administration Building.
